The Children’s Nurse aims to provide high-quality children’s books and resources. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

  • All digital sales are final

  • Refunds cannot be offered once a file has been downloaded or accessed

  • If a file is faulty or cannot be accessed, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue

Physical Products

For physical items purchased directly from our website:

  • You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer law

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original condition

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased books (including the I Have… And Guess What?) through third-party platforms such as Amazon, refunds must be requested through the original seller and are subject to their policies.
